Right of withdrawal

Parity is currently free of charge. A withdrawal from a purchase only arises once a paid contract is formed.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The period begins on the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right, inform Simon Weickert, c/o IP-Management #9298, Ludwig-Erhard-Str. 18, 20459 Hamburg, email hello@parity.family, by a clear statement (for example an email). Sending the notice before the deadline is enough.

We reimburse all payments without delay, at the latest within fourteen days of the day we receive the notice of withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Reimbursement costs you nothing extra.

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires if we have begun performance after you expressly agreed that we may begin before the withdrawal period ends, and you confirmed that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal.

Until checkout collects that consent expressly, the right of withdrawal remains. Write to hello@parity.family.
