The contract is with Simon Weickert, freelance IT service provider, c/o IP-Management #9298, Ludwig-Erhard-Str. 18, 20459 Hamburg, Germany. Parity is a digital product for two people who share care of children and pets.
Parity draws the care week: who is on duty, when a handover happens, what care windows absorb. There is no fairness score and no prescribed split.
A household has two adults. Saving, inviting the second person and the calendar subscription are part of the product. No fee is charged at present.
No uptime promise. Maintenance and faults happen. An outage is not a price reduction unless it lasts unreasonably long.
Parity is currently free of charge. No purchase contract is formed and no payment provider is connected.
If a fee is charged later, it will go through Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Prices will appear here before the first euro is taken.
While no fee is charged, use ends when you delete the household or stop using the site. There is nothing to cancel.
Once a paid plan is offered, this section will say how it runs and how it ends. Cancelling must then be as easy as signing up.
The session secret and the calendar link are secrets. Sharing them shares the week.
Parity is not built for emergencies, authorities or court evidence. The drawing shows what you entered.
Unlimited for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence only where essential duties are breached, limited to the foreseeable damage, and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise liability is excluded to the extent the law allows.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Mandatory consumer protection at your place of residence is unaffected. Place of jurisdiction for merchants is Hamburg.
